Working on trying to set aside some fair handfuls of scheduled time with the RKS simulation, Yuina was at least glad that there were also no shortage of other individuals who too were looking to utilize the tool. While she herself was going to start working to try and understand the simulated world better, dive deeper than she might have initially intended, at least within the guise of using it as training material was fair game.[break][break]
She recognized the younger girl, they had met she recalled out in the waters around the sinking sea mauville. And as the world materialized around them, bringing them to a dingy eating establishment and slowpoke laid out across the tables, she grimaced...[break][break]
"Oh... I don't like this one...," she spoke first to Cass... Turning a sharp gaze towards the would be chef.[break]
"We're not doing this, I'm not going to hurt any one of these Slowpoke."

Cass still is fairly new to the RKS simulation, as is proven today once more. A new scenario that she hasn't seen - and a rather gruesome one at that. She grimaces as she looks around, standing next to Yuina whom she interacted with more during that time Sea Mauville sank. Honestly, that seems like ages ago now ... she's definitely become half a different person during that time.

Or maybe it's just puberty.

"There gotta be better ways," Cass agrees, looking around with disgust at the state of the butchery, "That's not supposed to hurt them." But seeing how much the pokémon seem to be unaware of their surroundings, and the general state here ...

"Nope, not gonna do it. Those knives probably aren't even sharp, are they?"

As soon as she said it, something told Yuina that they were going to be made to regret Cass' words... And true to form in their indignation, the chef did not take kindly to being refused.[break]
He bore down on them with said knife, and Yuina drew out her seamitar to match the blow, and with a clang, it was clear to know that the knife was in fact very sharp...[break][break]
"Yeah, it's sharp," she confirmed, pushing back against the knife with her own blade.[break][break]
"Get out of here! Find the next segment!"

Seeing someone come at you with a knife is almost more terrifying than a pokémon approaching you in similiar fashion- or actually, both are bad scenarios that she really would rather avoid, oh lord. It's thanks to Yuina's seamitar that they survive, though she also can't help a moment of curiosity.

"That's a cool weapon-"

But wait, they're pursued, and she really doesn't want to eat her words more than she already has. "Uh, oh, let's- door?!" she shouts out, before beelining it towards a door that has either suddenly appeared or simply appeared now.

It's definitely shady, too, but right now, everything seems better than here.

Beneath you, the tatami flooring is scuffed and gouged from the battle that has been waged here. The simulation sets the Rocket Boss as a hostile figure.[break][break]

He says to you: "fuschia has already fallen. nothing you accomplish here will be of any worth."[break][break]

Should you attempt to step toward him, you'll knock into an invisible wall: an intriguing puzzle for gym challengers, but a frustrating conundrum for those attempting to engage with him.[break][break]

"i'll strike you down before you can even perceive the real me."[break][break]

Suddenly, Walsh disappears. Throughout the gym, multiple "Walshes" appear behind invisible walls. Periodically, he will lunge from a secret space with his GLISCOR, NIDOKING, &/OR HYPNO to attempt to slay you and your Pokemon.

Running through the door, giving one final swipe with her seamitar blade to combat the knife that threatened to come down on them, Yuina and Cass were then thrust into a ruined gym facility, faced with who Yuina knew to be the current head of Team Rocket. They'd laid siege in this part of the simulated world, and they had little choice left...[break][break]
"Stay close, don't let them get a hold of you," Yuina spoke quietly for Cass as they were surrounded not only by invisible wall but by many of the 'Walsh' that threatened to get them. Yuina tapped at two Pokeballs, first grabbing Cass to take mount to Higumei the Ursaluna. Yuina figured the perfect hunter/predator was just the ticket to navigate the hidden walls with his sixth sense as the bear lumbered forward and around unseen corners.[break][break]
The other Pokeball was a dark clad Venomoth, that flitted in and out of view with its Teleport, likewise uninhibited by the invisible barriers and striking with deadly accuracy at each false foe that might come for them.

Declan Walsh is not a face that is unknown to Cass either, though she has never seen him in person. Immediately, there's rage flaring up at his words and the fact that they're in yet another siege scenario. "Nothing what you say is of any worth," Cass spits, as she suddenly finds herself atop an Ursaluna - and not quite the ordinary one, either. "Gotcha- I'll be in your care," she says, carefully gripping the Ursaluna's fur and trying not to get distracted by the glowing red spot on the bear's head.

Blood moon ...?

And then, the hunt already started. She can't really help with discerning reality from imagination, but she does call for a little flame to fight alongside as well. Her Charcadet Del appears with a fiery spirit as ever, ready to strike as the Ursaluna does, singing the fake copies until they'd finally get to the real one.
